My copy of FLIR Tools is crashing everytime I start the program. What is wrong?

If FLIR Tools 2.2 or lower crashes on startup, follow this procedure:

Windows 7: Delete the file "C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\FLIR Systems\FLIR Tools\Data\LibraryEntities-40.sdf"

Windows XP: Delete the file "C\Documents And Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application Data\FLIR Systems\FLIR Tools\Data\ LibraryEntities-40.sdf"

Note:

• Do not touch any other file.
• Do not change any file or directory access rights.

Start FLIR Tools again.
